Occupational Safety Training takes place daily and before the start of activities, I had many positive effects during the execution of the work throughout the day. The worker sees the importance of his role in the Company and for his family and that, therefore, his attitudes reflect on his goals, plans and dreams. Thus, changing behavior and always looking for the best performance to end the day and return home the same way you arrived at the Company.
